Arrowhead Alarm Products offer a training program for our current EC Panel Alarm System and Accessories. These take place between 9AM & 5PM weekdays (Times may change), in our purpose-built training room. (Booking Essential)

All training is conducted in our Silverdale, Auckland Office.
If you are outside of the region, please get in contact with your region's sales representative.
Trainings dates may be postponed due to low attendance.

Requirements for Attending Our Auckland-Based Training Course

Before applying to attend our upcoming training course in Auckland, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

Laptop: You must bring your own laptop to the training.

EliteCloud Subscription: An active Installer Plan subscription for EliteCloud is required, as the course will cover advanced training using the Installer Dashboard.

If a EliteCloud Installer Plan cannot be obtained, please bring a laptop with a RJ45 connection to use the local web interface.
